• Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed) or Google sign-in identity.
• Company information, trade preferences and service ZIP codes you enter.
• Market subscriptions, plan, billing status and payment references (we never store full card numbers).
• Saved and hidden permits, workflow status and private notes.
• Email preferences and records of the permit emails we send you.
• Waitlist and support requests you submit.
• Basic technical information such as sign-in times and server logs needed to run and secure the service.

Private notes

Your permit notes and workflow status are private to your account. Other customers cannot see them, and they are never shown on public pages.

How we use information

To provide your markets and permit emails, process billing, respond to support, secure the service and improve it. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Resend — delivery of permit emails and account emails.
• Google — only if you choose “Sign in with Google”.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage only to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences.

Retention and your choices

We keep account data while your account is open and as needed for billing, tax and legal records. You can update your profile and email settings in your account and ask us to delete your account through the contact page.
